Picnic in Paris

I just got back from New York City and Paris, and I can’t wait to post all my pictures!! Here is one of my favorite things we did. A picnic in front of the Eiffel Tower! It was cloudy almost the whole day, and it finally cleared up in the afternoon, so we put on our cute dresses, got some flowers and snacks, and headed to Champs de Mars, the park right across from the Eiffel Tower. Kellie and I had been planning this trip (and specifically this picnic) for like nine months, so it felt like a dream that we were finally in France eating endless amounts of baguettes haha. We got our flowers from the cutest flower shop that was pretty close to the park. It was called Cler Fleurs. We got flowers almost every day we were in Paris, and this flower shop was the best one! We picked a bunch of different flowers, and then they wrapped them all up it into the most beautiful bouquet. Why can’t we get flower shops like this in California?!

We got all of our food from different stores around Paris. There is a spot to buy baguettes and pastries on almost every corner. We got the macaroons at PAUL Coffee shop which were so delicious!

I dragged this blanket all the way from Mexico! We bought it on the beach for like 400 pesos which is about $20 USD. I carried it from Mexico, all the way home, then from home to NYC, then NYC to Paris just for this picnic. Extra?? Yes, I know :)
